Riverside Health System is seeking a dedicated Waitstaff member at our dining services in Virginia. You will greet residents and guests, serve meals, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely, accurate service while respecting dietary needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily side work, restocking, and using dining software to obtain orders. VA Food Handlers and Allergen Awareness certifications are required with training provided.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• Experience: 1 year customer service in a hospitality environment (Preferred)
• Licenses and Certifications: Food Handlers Card VA State – ANSI-approved (Required)
• Allergen Awareness Certification VA State – ANSI-approved (Required)

Aufgaben

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely, gracious manner.
• Ensure meals are delivered promptly and accurately, coordinating with kitchen staff.
• Handle requests or concerns professionally, respecting dietary restrictions.
• Assist in daily duties, including restocking supplies and cold food prep as applicable.
• Assemble resident trays according to menu and diet/allergy restrictions.
• Operate dining service software/hardware for resident orders.
• Maintain sanitation, follow policies, and ensure safe food handling.
