Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• 1 year customer service in a hospitality environment (Preferred)
• Food Handlers Card - VA State - ANSI-approved within 30 Days (Required)
• Allergen Awareness Certification - VA State - ANSI-approved within 180 Days (Required)

Responsibilities

• Follow standard service protocols to greet and seat residents and guests, ensuring timely meals.
• Understand residents' dietary needs and preferences, and handle requests professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
• Provide supportive, positive interaction with team to deliver seamless dining service.
• Complete opening/closing side work, restock supplies, and perform applicable cold food prep.
• Assemble resident trays according to menu and diet/allergy restrictions.
