Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate dietary restrictions and preferences to kitchen staff.
• Assist in serving meals and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Maintain sanitation, glove use, labeling, dating and food rotation per policy.
• Complete opening/closing side work and stock supplies as needed.
• Adhere to dining service policies, procedures and quality controls.
