Spectrum Retirement Communities in Ohio is seeking a server for our community restaurant, 11am–7pm, full time. You will help create a dining experience and build relationships with residents, delivering service they expect in their favorite restaurant.

Responsibilities include directing residents to tables, presenting menus, assisting with drink selections, and coordinating orders via the POS system while maintaining opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents.
• Server must hold a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities
