Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Server for our community restaurant in Ohio. Schedule: 11am to 7pm, full-time position.

As a Server you will greet residents, direct them to tables, present menus, and assist with drink selections, while delivering hospitality that matches our guests' expectations in a casual dining setting. You will use the POS to enter orders and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong customer service presentation skills are required.
• Ability to maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with residents.
• If under 18, provide proper schoolwork authorization.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen using the POS system and ensure accuracy.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as scheduled by the community.
