Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Server for its community restaurant. Full-time schedule includes varied weekdays and every other weekend (6am-2:30pm).

You will help create an excellent dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver guest-focused service. Responsibilities include guiding residents, presenting menus, handling orders via POS, and performing opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Food Handler’s Card required or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong customer service presentation.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist with drink selection.
• Communicate orders using the POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as required.
