Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Server for our community restaurant. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service aligned with a guest's expectations in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, taking orders via a POS system, and completing opening/closing duties. Requires a Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain one, a friendly demeanor, and strong

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.
• If under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Server must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum.
• It is required for a Server to have strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using the point of sale system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
