Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Server for our community restaurant. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service they expect in a restaurant setting.

Your role includes directing residents to tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes, and assisting with drink selections, while accurately relaying orders via the POS system and handling opening/closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet guests and provide excellent service.
• Must have or obtain Food Handler’s Card.
• Strong customer service presentation.
• Age 18+ (if under 18, school/work authorization may apply).

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist with drinks.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen using the POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as required by the community.
