Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Server to help create an exceptional dining experience for residents in our community restaurant. You will direct residents to tables, present menus, and assist with drink selection to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include relaying orders via the POS system and completing opening and closing dining room duties, while delivering consistent, friendly service in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills.
• It is preferred to hold a Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one as required by state and/or county regulations.
• Must have strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders using the point of sale system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
