Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Server for our community restaurant. You will help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver the service guests expect in their favorite restaurant.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, and coordinating with staff using a POS system to ensure accurate orders and timely service. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and more.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.
• Under 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Server must hold a Food Handler's Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum.
• Strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders, utilizing our state-of-the-art point of sale system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community.
