Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a Server to help create an exceptional dining experience for residents in our community restaurant. You will direct residents to tables, present menus, and suggest dishes while assisting with drink selection.

You will use our POS system to input orders, ensure accuracy, and deliver friendly, high-quality service consistent with our standards. This is a full-time role with AM/PM shifts and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain a Food Handler's Card as required by state regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation.
• 18+ with schoolwork authorization if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using our state-of-the-art point of sale system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
