Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Dietary Cook to prepare meals for residents at our State College, PA community. The cook will follow approved menus, supervise dietary staff when Dining Services Director is absent, and ensure kitchen operations meet safety and quality standards.

Candidates must have dining services experience, Serv-Safe certification or willingness to complete within 60 days of hire, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and

• Must possess ability to read, write, and do simple calculations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and present menu items according to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Supervise dietary staff in absence of Dining Services Director.
• Record and report food temperatures and safety checks.
• Attend required in-service and staff meetings.
• Assist in training new dietary employees.
