Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Serv-Safe certification or willing to complete within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple calculations.
• Experience in dining services and food preparation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present menu items according to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
• Monitor and record temperatures; report any discrepancies.
• Supervise dietary staff in absence of Dining Services Director.
• Attend in-service and staff meetings.
