Job summary

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present meals according to approved menus and recipes.
• Supervise dietary staff in the Dining Services Director's absence.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly kitchen area.
• Record food temperatures and monitor temperatures in refrigerators and freezers.
• Assist with training new dietary staff and attend required in-services.
