SAIL is seeking a Resident Coordinator to be the first point of contact for residents and to support leasing, tours, and resident communications. You will manage move-ins/move-outs, renewals, and ensure system accuracy across Yardi and related tools.

The role emphasizes learning every aspect of property operations, with a mentorship model and a progression path from Resident Coordinator to Assistant Business Manager based on milestones and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Hospitality or service mindset with a people-first approach.
• Willingness to learn and use new technology.
• On-site full-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents in person, by phone, and by email.
• Answer inquiries quickly, conduct tours, and follow up consistently.
• Maintain accurate resident records in Yardi and track work orders.
• Walk the community to identify issues and uphold standards.
• Learn and grow toward an Assistant Business Manager role.
