SAIL, a Twin Cities multifamily property management and marketing firm, seeks a Resident Coordinator to support leasing, resident communications, move-ins/outs, renewals, and on-site operations at TC West Metro. You will learn every part of the operation under the Business Manager’s guidance.

You’ll be onboarding into a developmental path toward higher seats, with daily coaching and milestones, and opportunities to pursue certifications as you grow within the company.

Qualificações

• A real interest in building a career in property management.
• Hospitality or service instinct with a track record of caring for people.
• Strong attention to detail and discipline to stay accurate all day.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
• Willingness to complete Fair Housing training and apply standards consistently.
• Ability to work on-site full-time.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents in person, by phone, and by email, delivering Legendary Service.
• Assist with leasing, tours, applications, renewals, and move-ins/outs under policy.
• Maintain accurate resident records in Yardi and manage work orders and notices.
• Walk the community to identify issues and uphold SAIL Standards on curb appeal and impressions.
• Learn and adapt to technology and systems; propose efficiency improvements.
• Support the Business Manager on budgets, reporting, and performance milestones.
