Apploi is seeking a friendly, on-site receptionist to welcome residents, family members, staff and visitors in Upper Darby, PA. You will answer phones, distribute visitor passes, and follow all policies to ensure safety for everyone involved.

The role requires impeccable communication, a supportive, compassionate demeanor, and the ability to collaborate with a team of healthcare providers to meet each resident's needs and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent (as implied)
• Six months to one year experience as receptionist preferred
• Able to maintain confidentiality

• Greet residents, family members, staff and visitors warmly and professionally
• Answer telephones and route calls or take messages as needed
• Distribute visitor passes and monitor access per policy to ensure safety of residents and staff
