FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate to handle resident interactions, greet visitors, and monitor security systems. The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and attention to detail in maintaining logs and forms.

You will work with emergency procedures and access control, ensuring a safe lobby and building environment. A high school diploma is preferred, with business/hospitality coursework and 2–3 years of relevant experience valued.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• 2–3 years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy with information systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Greet and direct residents, guests and invitees.
• Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out.
• Monitor Emergency Response System and access control procedures.
• Operate electronic security control systems and maintain logs.
• Respond to emergencies timely and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building.
• Assist on-site property manager with other duties as required.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
