Job summary

Willow Valley Communities is seeking a friendly Part-Time Concierge Team Member to welcome Residents and guests at The Manor Campus – North Building in Lancaster, PA. You will handle inquiries, directions, calls, and communications to support daily operations in a warm, safe environment.

The role emphasizes professional interaction, routing guests to the right people, and assisting with administrative tasks, mail, and transportation coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• A high school diploma or GED and six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, inviting, professional environment for Residents and guests.
• Welcome visitors, provide information and directions, and connect guests with the appropriate personnel.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take messages, and assist callers efficiently and courteously.
• Facilitate communication using two-way radio systems with Team Members throughout the community.
• Stay informed about Willow Valley Communities resources, publications, and intranet updates to assist Residents, guests, and callers.
• Secure and maintain the safe, process service payments, and reconcile daily cash box receipts.
