Job summary

Willow Valley Communities is seeking a Pool Concierge Team Member at The Lakes Campus in Lancaster, PA. You will be the friendly face for Residents and guests, delivering outstanding service while supporting security and administrative operations.

The role emphasizes a warm, organized, and customer-focused environment with responsibilities ranging from greeting guests to handling communications and daily clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet on-site guests, determine the nature of their visit, provide information and directions, and announce guests to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor guest access to Residential building entrances via call boxes and cameras, and issue passes when required.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and transfer calls to the appropriate Team Member or department.
• Facilitate communication with Team Members through two-way radio systems.
• Submit maintenance requests for Willow Valley Communities property and Residents.
• Process payments for services and reconcile daily cash box receipts.
