Job summary

Weidner Apartment Homes is seeking a friendly Concierge in Seattle to welcome residents and guests, coordinate events, and support leasing activities. You will handle calls, emails, and tours, maintain knowledge of the property, and promote resident retention while ensuring the community stays clean and organized.

Ideal candidates have solid customer service experience, are detail-oriented, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong motivation to learn and contribute daily.
• Able to give directions clearly in person, over the phone, email and text.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and prospective residents, welcoming them to the community.
• Maintain knowledge of community and competing properties.
• Plan and execute events and activities for residents.
• Respond to calls and emails promptly and set viewing appointments.
• Tour prospective residents and manage leasing processes and unit readiness.
• Assist with lease renewals and promote resident retention.
• Ensure office, common areas, and amenities are clean and presentable.
• Assist with amenity scheduling and distribute resident communications.
