Job summary

Weidner Apartment Homes in Seattle is seeking a Leasing Consultant to connect with prospective and current residents, showcasing a welcoming community and guiding applicants through the leasing process.

You will manage marketing and leasing efforts, respond to inquiries, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate with the team to maintain market-ready apartments while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn and contribute daily.
• Able to give professional directions clearly in person, over the phone, email, and text.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is preferred.
• Yardi and Paycom experience preferred; willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and show apartments and community amenities.
• Respond to resident and prospective resident calls and emails promptly.
• Answer calls and convert to walk-in traffic; set viewing appointments.
• Tour prospective residents with energy and Weidner’s standard.
• Process applications at the end of the tour and communicate results promptly.
• Maintain traffic in queue and ensure market-ready apartments and common areas.
• Shop competitor properties monthly and follow daily marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with team to maintain cleanliness and readiness of apartments and amenities.
