Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn and contribute daily.
• Able to give professional directions clearly in person, over the phone, email, and text.
• Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred; Yardi/Paycom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path, open target viewing apartments, ensure clean and rent-ready spaces.
• Respond to resident and prospective resident calls and emails promptly in the morning.
• Answer incoming calls, set viewing appointments and convert by touring with energy.
• Facilitate the application process at the end of the tour and review applications promptly.
• Maintain timely communication with applicants and ensure follow-up on results.
• Support leasing with market awareness and daily marketing/strategy execution.
• Ensure apartments, common areas and amenities meet Weidner quality standards.
