Weidner Apartment Homes in Seattle seeks a Concierge with a warm, service-oriented mindset. You will greet residents, manage events, respond to inquiries, and coordinate tours and leasing activity with enthusiasm and professionalism.

You will stay informed about the community, vendors, and rival properties, ensuring privacy and high standards in communication and presentation across the property and teams.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with motivation to learn and contribute.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
• Clear professional directions in person, over the phone, email, and text.
• Experience with Microsoft products is preferred; Yardi and Paycom experience preferred; willing to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and prospective residents daily, welcoming them to the community.
• Plan, organize and execute events and activities for residents (virtual and in person).
• Promote resident participation in events through multiple communication channels.
• Respond to calls and emails promptly in the morning and throughout the day.
• Tour prospective residents and show apartments with energy and enthusiasm.
• Maintain market-ready apartments, common areas, and amenities to high standards.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Accept and manage incoming packages for residents and deliver promptly.
• Assist with amenity scheduling and distributing notices while protecting confidential information.
• Accompany vendors to units as needed.
