Seabreeze Management Company in California seeks a full-time Concierge to provide high-quality residential concierge services. The role focuses on anticipating residents’ needs, coordinating deliveries and reservations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include handling access control, communicating with management, supporting community events, and assisting with occasional parking and admin tasks for the General Manager. Strong hospitality background is valued.

Qualificações

• Two years’ hospitality experience preferred.
• Higher education or vocational training in hospitality industry desired.
• Good geographic knowledge of the surrounding area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with ability to multitask and handle customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalized concierge services to residents, coordinating deliveries, transportation, reservations, and special requests.
• Act as primary point of contact for day-to-day resident needs with a warm, welcoming approach.
• Manage access control while upholding security and privacy standards.
• Relay resident feedback to property management and support community events.
• Assist with vehicle parking and provide administrative support to the General Manager.
