Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Concierge in Katy, TX to serve as the primary contact for residents, coordinating services and inquiries to ensure a high level of resident satisfaction.

You will handle transportation scheduling, dining liaison, RSVP management, and front desk support while maintaining a welcoming lobby environment and coordinating with various departments. Flexible shifts and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence and present information clearly.
• Ability to work varied schedules and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for resident requests and calls.
• Coordinate services for residents and families (dry cleaning, delivery, reservations, transportation).
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address concerns with managers.
• Answer questions about local stores, attractions, and services.
• Ensure lobby and restrooms are clean and welcoming; manage background music and flowers.
• Coordinate transportation schedule and remind residents of appointments.
• Assist dining room and residents with reservations and RSVP lists.
• May supervise front desk staff and drivers; provide coverage as needed.
