Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Cinco Ranch is seeking a friendly front desk/concierge to support residents and their families in Katy, TX. You will handle resident requests, coordinate services, and help maintain a welcoming lobby and warm environment for daily life.

The role requires basic reading/writing, First Aid/CPR certification where needed, and the ability to work varied shifts while collaborating with dining, transportation and activities teams to ensure a safe, comfortable home for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required.
• Able to read, write and communicate clearly with residents.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and schedules.
• Willing to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for resident requests and calls.
• Coordinate services for residents and family members.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and greet new residents.
• Answer questions about local stores, attractions and services.
• Keep lobby areas clean and welcoming and ensure restrooms are well-maintained.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and appointments.
• Liaise between dining room and residents; manage reservations.
• May supervise front desk staff and drivers.
• May drive company vehicle when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
