Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for resident interactions.

• Familiarity with surrounding area, including restaurants and attractions.
• Must be proficient using a computer and type 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and guests at the property entrance.
• Provide local recommendations and assist with services for residents.
• Coordinate and monitor the Park Advantage Program within the community.
• Support building operations by handling maintenance requests and amenities.
