Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual to assist residents, guests and vendors in our community in Northbrook, IL. You will greet residents, answer calls, monitor safety, and handle administrative tasks with care and professionalism.

The role requires clear English communication, basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word), and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset. On-site position with benefits and DailyPay availability.

Qualifications

• Three months of related experience preferred.
• Clear and effective English communication.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging and helpful.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and assist visitors, prospective residents and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Monitor safety by watching surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating unusual activity.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc. and deliver or hold as requested.
• Maintain the sign in/out log for keys and gate passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative functions.
• Ensure timely response to resident/family/employee concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and co-workers.
