Senior Lifestyle in Lincolnwood, IL is seeking a friendly front desk/concierge assistant to greet residents, answer calls, and support the community with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include monitoring safety systems, processing reports, receiving packages, maintaining logs for keys and passes, and assisting other departments while delivering responsive, compassionate service to residents, families and staff daily.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months of related experience preferred.
• Clear communication in English is required.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word is required.
• Candidates should be compassionate, professional, kind, engaging and helpful.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently; independent decision-making when warranted.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and assist visitors, prospective residents and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Monitor safety via cameras, door alarms and life safety systems and investigate unusual activity.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive and deliver packages, plants and prescriptions as requested.
• Maintain sign-in/out logs for keys and gate passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
• Ensure timely responses to resident/family/employee concerns to maintain high satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and coworkers.
