Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Concierge for the night shift (11pm–7am), Friday to Sunday at Lincolnwood Place. You will greet residents, assist visitors, answer calls, and monitor safety systems while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires English communication, proficiency with Outlook/Excel/Word, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach. Benefits include daily pay options and a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months of related experience preferred.
• Clear and effective communication in English.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging and empathetic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to make independent decisions when appropriate.
• A positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Monitor safety systems and investigate unusual activity as needed.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, and delivery or hold as requested.
• Maintain sign in/out log for keys and passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative functions.
• Ensure timely response to concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and coworkers.
