Job summary

Silverstone Living is seeking a friendly receptionist/concierge to welcome residents, families, and visitors at the Nashua community. You will manage information requests, coordinate guest suites, and support event and activity programming.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while delivering exceptional service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Exceptional hospitality and customer service experience.
• Experience operating multi-line telephone systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office software.
• Ability to maintain privacy and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the community and primary contact for residents and visitors.
• Provide concierge-level service with information and resources.
• Build positive relationships and promote resident experiences.
• Respond promptly to concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Welcome visitors, vendors, and officials and manage sign-ins.
