Job summary

The Summit of Citrus Hills is seeking a part-time Concierge to support residents and staff in a friendly, professional environment. The role provides clerical help, reception, and coordination of services to residents and their families.

You will answer calls, greet visitors, assist with appointments, and maintain records while upholding a high standard of customer service and confidentiality in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Experience in general office procedures and computers (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet-based programs).
• Strong written and verbal English; good grammar and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, taking complete and accurate messages.
• Receive visitors and route them as appropriate.
• Provide information and assistance to residents and guests.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating services.
• Maintain resident mailboxes and arrange deliveries as needed.
• Provide administrative support including typing, filing, and reports.
