Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site team member to support leasing office operations and deliver superior resident services in Nashville. You will greet prospects, answer calls, coordinate schedules, and ensure amenities are ready for daily operations.

The role involves handling packages, maintaining service logs, and assisting with resident activities while building local resource knowledge for residents.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures guest comfort.
• Answers phone calls and routes to the appropriate team member for assistance.
• Maintains the guest suite schedule and manages the loading dock/elevator schedule for move-ins/outs.
• Ensures clubhouse amenities are tour-ready each morning before leasing office opens.
• Manages package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Maintains logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other resident services.
• Assists with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Keeps contact with local restaurants, shops, and concierge vendors for resident information.
