Job summary

Brighton Healthcare Management seeks a Customer Service Concierge to foster a warm atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors. You will partner with admissions, nursing, and other departments to ensure a positive resident experience from admission through discharge.

This role emphasizes greeting new residents, assisting with admissions, and conducting satisfaction surveys, daily and bi-weekly check-ins, and post-discharge follow-ups while upholding confidentiality and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Friendly, welcoming personality and professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet new residents and families and assist with admission paperwork.
• Partner with admissions to prepare rooms and inform staff of special needs.
• Conduct post-admission satisfaction surveys to evaluate the first days of a resident’s stay.
• Complete daily check-ins during the first weeks of a resident’s stay to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct bi-weekly check-ins with long-term residents to maintain communication and service quality.
• Perform post-discharge follow-up calls to ensure safe transitions home or to another care setting.
• Serve as a liaison between residents, families and staff, promoting clear communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies.
• Participate in safety, infection control, and compliance training as required.
