Job summary

Optima is seeking a Resident Coordinator for Optima Signature to deliver 5-star resident service, manage concierge operations, and support leasing and community programs. The role focuses on retention, resident satisfaction, and coordinating move-ins with building technology.

You will work closely with a team to ensure a premium resident experience, with opportunities to improve marketing initiatives and events that attract residents while supporting a fast-paced luxury community environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service for all resident inquiries and timely responses.
• Assist with resident retention, renewal programs and community events.
• Oversee virtual concierge program, package delivery operations and reputation management.
• Assist on-site programs ensuring compliance with the resident app, parking, storage, and amenities.
• Deliver concierge-level service to enhance resident experience and retention.
• Coordinate the move-in process and introduce building technology.
• Maintain knowledge of leasing, pricing, availability, and community amenities.
• Support marketing efforts and resident events to drive traffic to the property.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person to identify resident needs.
