Job summary

Greystar in Nashville is seeking a friendly Leasing/Resident Services Associate to greet guests, answer calls, and coordinate move-ins. You will ensure the comfort of prospects and residents and coordinate the loading dock/elevator schedule.

You will maintain guest suites, manage packages, and help plan resident activities while sharing local dining and services information to enhance community life. This role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents and assist at the leasing office.
• Answer calls and route to the appropriate team member for assistance.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness, and coordinate move-ins/move-outs loading dock/elevator schedules.
• Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other services provided by the community.
• Assist the community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
