Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Resident Chef to lead high-performing culinary teams, teach engaging cooking classes, and oversee the in-store culinary program. You will drive sales and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand standards and product knowledge.

The role requires culinary talent, business acumen, and teaching skills to foster a guest-obsessed culture and support store leadership in increasing foot traffic and private events.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in exceptional cases.
• 1–2 years of experience as a culinary instructor.
• 3–4 years of progressively responsible kitchen management experience.
