Sur La Table is seeking a Resident Chef to lead in-store culinary programs and a high-performing team, delivering engaging classes and exceptional customer experiences. You will mentor staff, ensure accurate execution of recipes, and collaborate with store leadership to grow foot traffic and private events.

The role requires culinary expertise, strong leadership, and a customer-obsessed mindset to elevate every guest’s visit.

Competenze

• Culinary degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a culinary instructor.
• 3–4 years of kitchen management experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
