Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a Certification Specialist to support resident certification, eligibility processing and occupancy tasks at a multi-family property. You will work under the Community Manager and coordinate with leasing staff to maintain accurate files and timely processing.

The role requires strong people skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Overtime may be required to meet deadlines and ensure 100% occupancy.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience required: previous certification experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident certification and eligibility processes.
• Support leasing activities to maintain occupancy.
• Maintain resident files and documentation per policy.
• Prepare reports as required by CRM Residential and HUD regulations.
• Handle daily office duties and respond to inquiries.
