Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability to join our team on campus in Maryland. Our residents live on site, enabling continuous care and meaningful relationships throughout their continuum of care.

The role focuses on person-centered therapy, collaborating with an interdisciplinary clinical team, and supporting residents’ daily living and mobility needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Inpatient and Outpatient experience highly preferred.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
• Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide a holistic, person-centered PT to residents.
• Implement residents’ care plans focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address residents’ care needs.
