Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living is looking for a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability to join our team on our award-winning campus in Maryland. You will support residents in all aspects of daily living with person-centered care to meet their needs.

Experience in Skilled Nursing is required or preferred, with inpatient and outpatient experience highly valued and the ability to complete documentation for reimbursement and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Inpatient and outpatient experience preferred.
• Documentation experience for reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with older adults across diagnostic groups preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide a holistic, person-centered care to residents.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs.
