Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred in business, property management, or hospitality.
• Experience in property management with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and team supervision.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor onsite staff.
• Lead rent collection, budget management, and reporting with precision.
• Monitor market trends and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Foster resident satisfaction and retention through proactive service.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and corporate support teams.
