Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead a vibrant apartment community. You will drive leasing results, manage maintenance, and supervise onsite staff with a focus on exceptional resident service.

You will oversee operations, ensure budget discipline, and stay compliant with Fair Housing laws. Your leadership will foster a thriving team culture and sustained occupancy growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or coursework in business, property management, or hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of property management experience with team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and staff supervision.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor onsite team.
• Manage rent collection, budgets, and reporting with accuracy.
• Monitor market trends and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Foster resident satisfaction and retention through proactive service.
