Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead all daily operations of a multifamily community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations. You will hire, train, and mentor the onsite team, while driving rent collection, budgeting, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or coursework in business, property management, or hospitality preferred.
• At least 2 years of property management experience with team leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Experience using property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and team supervision.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor onsite team.
• Lead rent collection, budget management, and reporting with precision.
• Monitor market trends and develop strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
