Princeton Management is seeking a skilled Property Manager to lead on-site staff, foster positive tenant relations, and maintain high property standards. You will oversee daily operations, inspections, and safety to ensure a premier living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance and leasing activities, budgeting and rent collection, marketing to sustain occupancy, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management and tenant relations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Certifications in property management or real estate are a plus.
• Experience with affordable housing programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster resident relations and address concerns promptly.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repairs.
• Oversee leasing, screenings, tours, and occupancy targets.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance to on-site staff and ensure a positive work environment.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies.
