The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-family apartment community. You will provide exceptional service to residents while coordinating team activities and ensuring financial performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Minimum two years of on-site property management experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory and managing budgets experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet financial goals of the community and lead an engaged team.
• Achieve occupancy goals using marketing strategies and effective leasing techniques.
• Prepare annual budgets and manage vendor communications, scheduling and invoices.
• Handle resident concerns promptly and maintain high resident satisfaction.
• Rent apartments and consistently meet occupancy goals and sign leases.
