Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep of indoor and exterior spaces, amenities, and common areas, maintaining the property to RangeWater’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, complete make-ready tasks for new moves, and coordinate with vendors as needed while maintaining documentation and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Essential Requirements: Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled and must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied.
• Works in frequent exposure to outside elements where temperatures, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous.
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule which includes taking calls evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests within 24 to 48 hours and performs routine maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Assists in cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials, tracks inventory, and notifies management when re-ordering is needed.
• Documents work orders accurately to track service requests.
