Avenue5 Residential in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, renewals, and occupancies. You will interact with prospective and current residents to deliver exceptional service and drive occupancy goals.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous leasing or sales experience and familiarity with Yardi Voyager are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities for apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and prepare lease documentation.
• Follow up with prospective residents by phone, mail or email.
• Assist with clerical tasks and lease-related paperwork.
