Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Tempe is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins and renewals, and engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention. You will ensure model apartments are tour-ready and maintain accurate records while delivering exemplary customer service.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, experience with leasing software (Yardi or similar), and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year of prior sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and maintain records.
• Handle traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease docs, and process move-in paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service and support ongoing resident relations.
